Shipping and Returns

We have a £5.99+VAT flat rate for shipping on all Mainland UK orders under £200.00+VAT in value. So, whether your order comes to £11.49 or £199.99, you will only pay a total of £5.99+VAT for shipping your entire order.

All orders (unless item out of stock or due to circumstances beyond our control) are usually shipped same day for next day delivery, if ordered before 3pm Mon to Fri on normal working days.

For non-mainland UK orders (e.g. Northern Ireland) please contact us for shipping rates.

Shipping is free to Mainland UK on all orders over £200.00+VAT.

You, our customers, are our most important asset and we promise to do our utmost to make your buying experience with us as smooth and trouble-free as possible. Our Shipping and Returns Policy is outlined below – we will always endevour to exceed your expectations with respect to quality of goods and speed of delivery.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

We will deliver anywhere throughout the whole of the UK. Delivery by courier is normally between Monday to Friday within 48 hours of receipt of confirmed cleared payment. If you order during a public holiday or on a weekend, please allow a few more days. Heavy items are normally delivered on a specific delivery date by prior arrangement by phone. Small items are sent by Royal Mail and are typically delivered from 1 – 5 days after confirmed receipt of cleared funds. REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

No claims will be accepted if notified more than 48 hours after delivery.

We will gladly refund you if goods are damaged/faulty and are returned within 7 days, providing :

(1) Goods are sent back in their original packaging and the packaging is undamaged

(2) All parts are complete and undamaged with the product

(3) The product is faulty or significantly different to that described on our website

(4) The return cost of the courier will only be refunded providing there is a genuine fault with the product; otherwise return delivery costs will not be refunded

(5) Returns should be sent back by pre-agreed methods. Please call our office 01204 653023
